Constitutional and Amparo
Advice and litigation in relations and acts between individuals and the State, through the interposition of appeals and judgments derived from these relationships, for F&I is an area of high relevance because of the cases and results that are known there. An example of this is the impugnment through the state or federal scope of any act of authority that affects or undermine the rights of individual or entities, as well as the study, processing, management and supervision in guarantee trials in matters that make up the multidisciplinary administrative field.
Administrative Law
The team of lawyers specialized in the area of Administrative Law offers to the clients a professional and personalized service, whose results in advice, representation and litigation in matters such as public contracting, competition, telecommunications, energy, concessions, anti-money laundering (AML), Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), responsibility for public servants and, in general, any administrative procedure, whether federal, local or municipal, has managed to give our clients the legal certainty they require with the defense and safeguarding of their economic rights, primarily.
Tax Law
F&I is distinguished by its capacity and service. The integral way in which matters are addressed, analyzed, and resolved, translates into the trust that the client place in us, in the very different areas of their business activity. Litigation and tax advice are good proof of this.
The attention of amparos, the defense against federal and local tax assessments and all kinds of contributions issued by the SHCP, IMSS and INFONAVIT, the legal support and supervision in audits carried out by the SHCP, as well as the legal defense against all kinds of sanctions and administrative fines, have managed to consolidate us as a Firm of optimal results, efficient and huge benefits for our clients.

Real Estate Law
We provide specialized advice on various real estate operations in the residential, industrial, commercial and tourism sector, including without limiting sale and lease, as well as advice on the management and obtaining of all types of permits, licenses and/or authorizations related to the development, construction and operation of real estate projects. We also provide legal services related to regimes of property in condominium.
We consider ourselves to be the most prominent Firm in the provision of legal services related to urban development, in Mexico City, in the State of Mexico and in Cancun.
Members of our Firm have achieved an enormous degree of specialization in urban development, thanks to tireless management work with administrative authorities related to authorization and verification in the field of building and construction. Likewise, success has been achieved hand in hand with the specialization of members of our Firm in the field of administrative litigation, when it becomes indispensable to go before the competent courts for the defense of the rights of our clients. And finally, it is also due to the expertise we have achieved in the treatment, administration, and resolution of neighborhood conflicts, now so common in the field of urban development.
The Firm has a permanently management area dedicated to the attention of matters before the governmental authorities involved, such as SEDUVI, SEDEMA, SPC, AEP, SACDMX, INAH, Delegations, Municipalities, Secretariats in the State of Mexico, among others, thanks to which we have managed to significantly reduce the average time taken it takes to process these permits and procedures.
The degree of specialization of our Firm in real estate matters reaches the degree of having internally some architects who complement us in legal advice to our clients.

The specialized preparation of our lawyers allows our services to include advice in the elaboration and submission of notifications regarding all types of concentrations, comprehensive advice during investigation processes by monopolistic practices and at all stages of contentious defense in this area, such as the elaboration of denunciation, strategy and execution of defence in investigation procedures, response of injunctions and impugnation of unfavorable decisions before the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica and, where appropriate, before the Federal Courts, all in close coordination with other service areas of our Firm.
Intellectual Property
Commitment to our customers in an increasingly globalized market could not exclude copyright and intellectual property. Thus, our firm not only conducts consultancy but also participates in the litigation of distinctive signs (trademarks, commercial messages, trade names and origin denominations), inventions (patents, utility models, industrial designs) and copyrights, as well as in the proper protection of industrial secrets, licenses, franchises, assignments, and all kinds of transactions related to so-called Intellectual Property rights.
The Firm’s assistance to its clients (administrative and judicial litigation with third parties or to the authorities themselves) does not exclude, as can be seen from this cover letter, alternative negotiating or mediation measures that customers themselves ask us to address sometimes to have a different and more expeditious scheme in the conflict resolution of this nature, and of course, Intellectual Property is no exception.
Tenders
Advice on contests, tenders, invitations and direct awards, both federal and state, the nonconformities presented in tenders, both acquisitions and public works, as well as advice on the preparation, management and obtention of permits and authorizations, have made the Administrative Law service area, a tool of enormous use for our clients.
Agricultural Law
The perception of land tenure in these decades has changed markedly. This is reflected in the investor’s mood and therefore in real estate markets.
For this reason, our Firm formed a service area that provided advice and representation, negotiation, and litigation in agricultural and ejidal disputes. Likewise, advice on the disintegration of ejidos and expropriation procedures, as well as in the search for background, charges and affectations in the Registro Agrario Nacional, have been some of the tasks that we have been developing for large investment consortia throughout the national territory.
Environmental Law
The environment and ecology are now preponderant issues for some of our customers. That is why among the services provided by the Firm is the so-called Environmental Law, which concerns issues relating to water, air, soils, waste, protected natural areas, inspection and monitoring of regulations, attention to sanctions or fines, environmental audits, certification processes, etc.
Civil and Commercial
Civil and commercial advice and litigation focused on commercial matters is undoubtedly one of the most consolidated areas of our Firm.
